Whippet Application ...

It is very important that we have answers to the following questions as they will help aid us in placing the right dog with you and your family.  Remember a responsible breeder not only health tests their dogs they also screen their dogs potential owners to see if the dog they are placing could be a match for you and your family.  A responsible breeder will also take a dog back from you should things not work out regardless of how old the dog is and with no questions asked unless there is a temperament issue they should know about that would help aid them in re-homing.  So please answer the following questions carefully.  Thanks!
