Website Design First impressions are lasting! I take pride in the custom one-of-a-kind websites that I have designed and maintain. Each site is unique and expresses the individual site owner’s preferences. Fees for basic website similar to the ones shown above: $300 start-up fee (Custom design and initial build) $200/yr for annual updates Start-Up I begin the process by talking with you to gain a better understanding of what you want to highlight and focus on for your custom design. We discuss the types of information and visuals you envision. I will develop a design for you based on your specific needs. I begin uploading the content as you provide it and I allow you 6 months to gather the necessary information and send it to me. After the 6 month period you will be charged as listed. (This keeps me from begging you to send me information for an uncompleted website . . . it just doesn't look good to have a site under-construction for a year)! Annual Updates The annual updates includes 2 updates per month or 24 updates a year . . . other updates over the 24/year will be a charged at $25 per update. I will let you know when you have reached your limit of 24 updates for the year. Additional Services Additional fees apply after the 6 month building period: Structural change fee $35 per page Extra links $50 per link Hosting I recommend (but not limited to) using www.doteasy.com for your web hosting and domain name.
