December 19, 2011 -  Bea and team headed to Orlando, FL this past weekend for the Eukanuba National Invitational and we come home with Best Bred-By and 1st Award of Excellence!!
She ends the year #14 Whippet breed system!

October 2011 - Divana Arborlea Just Having Fun goes WD at the 2011 AWC Southern Specialty with his owner, Mallory Ballard showing him!
He continues his winning streak by going WD two days in Concord, NC for two 3pt majors!

June 11-12, 2011 - Bea travels to Paducah, KY and comes home a Group Winner!!!  Group 2 and Group 1 wins!

June 2011 - Evan Brown (aka . . . MR. BROWN) is now an LCM!!!  AWESOME!!!
May 2011 - Bea acquires her Grand Championship at 12 months and 2 weeks of age!!!
April 5, 2011 - Bea win BEST IN FUTURITY at the AWC 2011 National in Lexington, KY!!!

March 18th & 19th, 2011 - Bea wins Best in Sweeps at the Eastern Supported under breeder Leila Anichini
and went on to Winners Bitch, Best of Winners under breeder/judge Iva Kimmelman for a 5pt major.
The following day at the Eastern Specialty . . . she repeated her awesome wins from the day before
under breeder/judge Cindy Scott to finish her championship!
And another Best in Sweeps under breeder Diane Arner-Motzkus!
WOW, What an AWESOME weekend . . . Bea turned into the perfect show dog just when she needed
to . . just like her grand-mother Thelma did! Bea is now . . . CH Cherche' Bearfoot Hooker!

December 2010 - Awesome Team Savvy ROCKED this year!  Savvy earns the coveted MACH title! 
We believe this makes her one of 9 whippets to carry this title!  She ends 2010 ranked #6 whippet and #24 hound!!!

points at their first set of shows! And their brother who lives with Crystal McNulty in IL,
Carter (Cherche' Southland Yankee) was RWD at his first show, the Chicago Specialty!

Dave's blue brindle girl,  Lindsey had the farm dust brushed off her and was RWB on Sunday. 
Lindsey just turned 3 yrs in Jan. and I think she is mature enough to start kicking butt in the ring!

April 27, 2010 - a new 9 month old photo is up of Jackson and a 10 month old photo of Jesse is up. 
They want to congratulate their mother Lavender for a Select Award of Merit at the 2010 National
and to their brother, Jarad (one day we will have photos of Jarad . . . I promise . . . right Crystal <G>) for a 2nd in a huge 9-12 puppy dog class!  Way to go guys!!

March 30, 2010 -  Annie,  aka "Red Rocket" has been bred!  Pups due May 7th!  Check out our Litters page for more information!

Feb 2010 - Awesome Team Savvy will be hitting the Agility trials hard and heavy this year!  She was the #9 AKC agility whippet last year!

December 8, 2009 - We just learned that Luther has earned his Master Courser title!! 
He is also a few points away from his LCM!

December 1, 2009 -  MR. BROWN took a trip to Hanover, PA where he placed 2nd both days against a boat load of dogs. 
He came home a new AKC Field Champion.  Way to go!!

November 11, 2009 - OK . . . I've been yelled at for not updating my website . . .
(too busy working on other websites to keep up with my own) . . . Evan Brown (Jacob x Annie) has been kicking butt and taking names

He needs only 5 pts to finish!

June 18, 2009 - The Jay x Lavender pups have arrived!!  11 pups in all
(we lost one - it was very small and didn't thrive).   7 boys and 3 girls!
Hopefully we will have photos from Mary soon.

May 16, 2009 - I hear Mr. Brown has been coursing in Michigan. 
He got a 1st and 40 points toward his LCM!    WAY TO GO!!

April 18, 2009 - Lavender (CH Hycks Hollow Lavender Illusion) has been bred. 
If all goes well pups will be born Father's Day weekend - June 20-21, 2009

Well, here's another one... at the trial today Savvy picked up her second Open Standard leg,
and for our very first time in the Excellent ring she got her first Exc Jumpers leg with a 2nd place in Exc A JWW 20" !!! 
 

March 7, 2009 -  Well . . .  lets just rename this website and call it
The Ariel - Savvy show!!!
They did it again . . . another agility title . . . today Savvy finished her Open Jumpers title with another 2nd place!!
She also got her first Open Standard Q.

Dec 2008 - MAHA AKC Trial (Sunday) Luther continues to kick butt on the field he brings home another
Best of Breed win defeating 28 whippets!!  We think he might end up in the top 10 for the year - he has ran on a VERY LIMITED basis this year (I will have to look but I think it's under 10 times).

Nov 2008 - The team of Savvy and Ariel continue to amaze me . . . Savvy now has her Novice Agility title!!

August 30, 2008 - Savvy was back at it again this weekend . . . earning her first AKC Agility title - her

July 2008 - Evan Brown (from our Jacob x Annie litter) earns his JC title!!

June 2008 - Savvy earns another title this time at a NADAC Agility trial -  she can now add TN-N title (Novice Tunnelers) to her name!! YIPPEEE . . . Keep up the good work  . . . I like to be the co-breeder of a dog that is getting a title a month <VBG>!!

May 11, 2008 - Savvy earns her CR (WRA companion racer title) title last weekend!

May 8, 2008 - I know it's early in the year and we are not campaigning him but Luther is currently #4 AKC lure coursing whippet!!  Way to go Luther - CONGRATS to Chuck and Mallory Ballard . . . I'm so happy for you guys and the "real dog"!!!

April 13, 2008 - Luther and Jackie's sister, Savvy (who lives with Ariel Schoenfeld in PA) earns her JC title this past weekend!!

March 15, 2008 - In only 5 trials . . . Luther finishes his AKC FC title at the SHOT trial in VA!! Congrats to Chuck and Mallory Ballard!!!

March 8 & 9, 2008 . . . Luther brings home another 5 point major from the AKC trial in Calhoun . . . he only needs 2 singles to compete his title.

Feb 23-24, 2008 . . . AKC field trial in Calhoun, GA . . . Jackie finishes her AKC FC title and Luther begins his AKC FC title by winning a 5 pt major and 3 points his first weekend out.  Lindsey and Loran obtain their JC titles and Loran gets 2 point toward her AKC title.

Dec 23, 2007 - Marble didn't take and due to her age will be spayed next year.  No litters are planned.

Dec 5, 2007 - A sad day . . . we lost Cole to what we believe was hemangiosarcoma.  He was only 9 years old.  God Speed Cole!!  You were a once in a life time dog!!  Due to an injury on the field you were unable to carry out the legacy of your grand-father, Bo on the field.  Bunnies were your passion - now you can chase them pain free and with your father and grand-father!

Dec 5, 2007 -  After many months of pestering Crystal and I . . . we have decided to allow Ken Latimer and his wife to share Loran with us.  She will live with Ken and his wife.  Don't worry  . . . they live only 12 miles from me . . . so she is not far away.  Ken will campaign her on the field and I will show her in the ring.

November 19, 2007 - Marble has been bred!  We are keeping our fingers crossed that the breeding was successful!  We hope to have pups the end of January.  Check out our litter page for more information:  Litters

October - Evan (formally Herschel) from our Jacob x Annie litter acquires his Rally Novice title at 9 mos old!

October 7, 2007 - Jackie's owner, Ken takes Jackie to the AKC National Lure Coursing meet and Jackie wins the open class and gets a 4 point MAJOR on Sunday!!!  This was only her third time on the field!!!!

September 30, 2007 - Lavender finishes with a 5 point major during the Southern Specialty weekend at the MAWA supported!!!  Thank you to breeder/judge Douglas Arthur!!

September 16, 2007 - Jackie and Luther earn their JC titles this weekend.  Jackie was entered at her first trial and gets a 5 point MAJOR!!!  We plan to run Luther early next year.

August 30, 2007 - New photo taken of Loran at the North Central Specialty

August 30, 2007 - Lavender wins again . . . Best in Sweeps and WB, BOW and BOB (over top winning specials) and onto a Hound group 3 at the North Central Supported.

August 17, 2007 - was a very sad day for us . . . we lost Justin . . . Ch. Cherche' The Memory Remains, JC.  GOD SPEED handsome man!!

August 7, 2007 - Annie tears three of her metacarpals away from her wrist joint and will undergo surgery with a bone graph, screws and a plate.  She was only 3 points from her AKC Fch . . . sadly her coursing career is over.

August 4, 2007 - What a wonderful Birthday gift to me . . . Lindsey wins Best in Sweeps at the Midwest Specialty under an entry of 50 pups under breeder/handler Graham Swayze!!  Also a couple photo's of her sister, Loran at the Midwest Specailty.

July 30, 2007 - Dr. Ken Latimer and his wife, Pauline have decided to lease one of our best bitches.  My mother and I decided we needed to find someone to lease Marble (Cherche' Irresistible Forces) who is 7 1/2 yrs old.  Ken and Pauline have gladly stepped up to the plate and we are very excited about the chance to breed her.  She in our opinion is one of the best bitches we have bred.  Check out our litter page for more information:  Litters

April 17, 2007 - On March 31 - Jackie and Luther WIN big at their first show!!!  Luther was WD for a 3 pt major and Jackie was WB, BOW and Best of Breed (for a 3 pt major) over numerous top winning specials under Kent Delaney.  While Jackie and Luther were winning in GA their littermate, Savvy was going WB in PA under Breeder judge Joan Goldstein for 1 point!!!
