2007 Handling Fees For those that don't know me I've bred, shown and handled whippets for 20 years. I've also handled many other hound breeds as well as a few Sporting breeds. I don't handle for a living but I've had numerous people approach me about handling their dogs. I don't mind helping someone out if they need assistance with their dog; for this reason, I have decided to publish my handling fees. I've changed a lot of my handling fees this year due the increase in fuel prices and difficulty in finding hotels that accept dogs, so please note that I now charge for show travel. |

Boarding Fees $10.00/day w/ food provided by owner $13.00/day w/o food THERE IS A $300 RETAINER FEE FOR DOGS THAT LIVE WITH ME. THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR LAST BILL. VETERINARIAN CHARGES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO MY VET AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. ALL BILLS ARE DUE BY THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH. IF I AM UNABLE TO SHOW YOUR DOG DUE TO A RING CONFLICT I WILL FIND A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT TO SHOW YOUR DOG, YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RING FEES. CANCELLATIONS & FAILURE TO ENTER DOG If Client verbally contracts Handler to show a dog, Client is responsible for handling fees. If Client "pulls" the dog after close of entries or within 24 hours of closing date for a show, or fails to make entries, client is still responsible for all fees. Extreme emergencies will be taken into consideration. |
